Charles Rowland, MD

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Charles Rowland hails from Texas where he attended medical school at University of Texas, San Antonio. He then accepted an Internship at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Denver, CO followed by his Residency at the University of Oklahoma. He then returned to Colorado to stay. To satisfy his love for horses and cattle, he built a ranch south of Pueblo where he lives today with his wife and two children. He stays busy running the ranch, attending 4-H and school functions with the kids, and skiing.

Dr. Rowland practiced in Denver until 2001 when he moved to Pueblo to be closer to his ranch. Training in Denver at the busiest trauma hospital in Colorado has given Dr. Rowland a wealth of experience in all forms of orthopedic surgery. The staff at Maple Leaf Orthopedics has come to rely on his expertise and knowledge. His current practice consists of General Orthopedics, including total hip and total knee replacements, knee arthroscopy, carpal tunnel surgery and rotator cuff repair.

Dr. Rowland is Board Certified and a proud member of the Colorado Medical Society and Pueblo Medical Society. He has attending privileges at Parkview Medical Center and Saint Mary-Corwin Regional Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
